Perideridia parishii is a species of flowering plant of the family Umbelliferae, known under the name Parishs Yampa. It grows in the mountainous regions in the southwest United States, where it grows in forests and other habitats. It is a perennial plant that grows up to 90 cm in height, its slender green stem grows from a small tuber. The leaves at the base of the plant have blades 10 to 20 centimeters long, divided into pairs of leaflets, which can be divided or lobed. The inflorescence is a cyme of many globular clusters of small white flowers.
