Svetlana Kachuk-Frolova, also known as Svetlana Katzhok-Frolova, is a former Soviet long-distance speed skater who was active in the 1970s and 1980s.
Kaczuk twice represented her country at the world womens speed skating Championships in 1981, taking 8th place overall and in 1983 taking 5th place overall. She competed at the European womens speed skating Championships in 1981, 7th, 1982, 11th, 1983, 6th and 1984, 9th. She also participated in other international competitions, including the ISU speed skating world Cup.
From 1980 to 1987, she competed a total of eight times at the USSR all-around and sprint Championships, winning a bronze medal at the 1982, 1983 and 1986 world Championships.
